Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 104 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 104 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 104 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

User Eligibility & Account Creation

104 services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

  • Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
  • All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless it can be demonstrated that unauthorised access took place and was promptly reported to us.
  • Personal information submitted during registration may be required for identity verification before a withdrawal request is approved.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 104 platform are required to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform in a responsible, fair, and lawful manner in accordance with Malaysian law.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 104 platform:

  • Using automation software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate betting outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Sharing your account login credentials with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
  • Engaging in fraud, transaction manipulation, or any action intended to deceive the platform or other users.
  • Using funds obtained through unlawful means to make deposits or conduct any transactions on this platform.
  • Posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the platform.

Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account and the freezing of any balance held within it.

Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the 104 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports major payment methods including FPX (Malaysian local bank internet banking) and selected digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and have been obtained lawfully.

Deposit

  • Deposits are processed via supported payment methods in RM.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the platform's current policy.
  • Funds are typically credited within minutes of transaction confirmation.
  • 104 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal requests require complete and valid identity verification.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same user's name.
  • Processing times are between 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
  • The platform reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals for security review purposes where necessary.

Any attempt to conduct suspicious transactions, payment fraud, or money laundering through the 104 platform will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysia's applicable anti-money laundering laws.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 104 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of technical issues, system errors, or problems beyond our control. 104 shall not be liable for any indirect losses or damages arising from the use of this platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

104 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • The user has violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • There is activity indicating fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the platform.
  • The user is found to be ineligible (under 18 years of age or not a Malaysian resident).
  • The account has been inactive for a period exceeding the limit set by the platform's policy.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any credit balance in the account may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation. The final decision rests solely at the discretion of 104 management and is conclusive.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 104 platform are the exclusive property of 104 or its licensed rights holders. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any platform content without prior written consent from 104.

Using the 104 brand name, logo, or any identifying marks for commercial purposes without authorisation constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

104 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without specific notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
